Hi all, this is a quick ‘micro blog’ showcasing the fabulous Celebrate Today Magnet Board Kit! Stampin Up! regularly release kits which are on the website, but aren’t found in the catalogue as they change throughout the year. I love the kits because they are so versatile and really great for new crafters, crafting on the fly and card classes, as they have all of the supplies you need in the box.

The Kits’ collections are usually cards or gift bags/boxes etc. this kit is very different, its a beautiful decorative magnetic board for your wall, you can use the papers and accessories within the kit to decorate, or you can switch it up with items from your craft supply!

Project measurements, Instructions & product links: Cardstock A4 or American Letter size, cut in half and score and burnish in the centre to create your card base, the mat layers that are 1/2cm (1/4″) less for each layer that you require, then glue to assemble and decorate / embellish.

I have used the card sketch to inspire me to make a Mother’s Day Card, I would love to know what it inspired you to make.

Project measurements, Instructions & product links: Card Base measuring 10.5cm x 29.8cm (A4 cut in half length ways) then score & burnish at 14.9cm. The DSP long layer measures 9.5cm x 3.5cm, the Square layers measure 7.5cm x 7.5cm, 7cm x 7cm & 6.5cm x 6.5 cm. I then glued to assemble and decorated / embellished.

Project measurements, Instructions & product links: DSP for the ‘Pot’ base of the box 10″ x 10″ (26cm x 26cm). Lid of the box (estimated) cardstock measuring 3 5/8″ x 3 5/8″ (9cm x 9cm), scored at 1/2″ on all for sides, Burnish, Cut, Mitre and glue to assemble. The cardstock/DSP layers for the top of the box lid measure; 3 1/2″ x 3 1/2″ (9cm x 9cm), 3 1/4″ x 3 1/4″ (8.5cm x 8.5cm) & 3″ x 3″ (8cm x 8cm) then glue, assemble and decorate / embellish.
