To make this cute Post It Note Cover you will need a piece of DSP measuring 5 1/4″ x 2″ (14 cm x 5 cm), score on the long side at 1 1/2″, 1 7/8″, 3 3/8″ and 3 6/8″ (4 cm, 4.8 cm, 8.5 cm & 9.5 cm).
